We commit before we pull
When you buy a pack, we publish a hash of our secret seed. We can't change it after the fact without breaking the hash.
Step 2
You contribute randomness
A client seed (yours, or auto-generated) gets mixed with our seed plus a counter to pick the card. No one side controls the result.
Step 3
We reveal after the rip
Once your pack opens we publish the original secret. Recompute the hash, recompute the card index — they must match. Other apps don't do this.
